About Making Connections Through Music℠
The Making Connections Through Music℠ program is designed to increase engagement and create social opportunities for individuals living with dementia. This National Institute on Aging (NIA)-funded study is open to residents at an exclusive number of communities. Your community will let you know if you are eligible to enroll.
